The former demon snorted “I don’t want to, Clara” he replied “I’m rather happy living my life in this place like I did before all of the drama and bullshit… I’m finally feeling… calm”

“Drama and bullshit what drama and bullshit?” She said with her arms crossed.

Robin ran a hand through his hair “Oh for fuckssake, Clara, are you stupid?” he breathed, growing impatient “Everything that’s happened over the past few years everything”

“This is my home too Robin as much as its yours its mine too. Here’s a crazy idea why don’t you call Nicholas”

The former demon snorted “I don’t want to, Clara” he replied “I’m rather happy living my life in this place like I did before all of the drama and bullshit... I’m finally feeling... calm”

“What if they figure out what I was or search for my birth parents or if they take me to the hospital. I don’t belong with those people they wouldn’t understand what I’ve been through. You… You understand”

Robin snorted in response “Clara, do you remember how old we are? our families are dead” He replied, rubbing a hand over his tired features “I… I’m going to be living here a while longer, Clara… I don’t have a home”

“Fine! Then I’ll just be some science experiment when they find out how old I really am” she snapped at the former demon “and I’ll be kept in some warehouse type place locked up”

Robin growled in response “I can’t leave, Clara! for fuckssake, I don’t have anywhere to go! I’m staying here, why can’t you get that? It’s not that I don’t want you, it’s I can’t look after you! I’m not capable!’

“Your not capable? You’ve been looking after me since I came back here! I thought you were going to move in with Nicholas or something”

He shrugged “he hasn’t seen me in weeks, Clara... I haven’t heard from him once... so I’m staying here, this is my home”

“What if they figure out what I was or search for my birth parents or if they take me to the hospital. I don’t belong with those people they wouldn’t understand what I’ve been through. You… You understand”

Clara looked down “I ran away i want to stay with you Robin. You’re family, I don’t want to be with a bunch of strangers. I want to be with you” the police officer she was hiding behind came over to the pair. “Come on dear, let’s take you back home.” Clara finally looked up at Robin than at the officer “he’s family can’t he take me. He’s my brother and he’s old enough to care for me. I heard them saying the guardian had to be older eighteen he’s twenty-six. He can be my guardian”

The former demon sighed softly as he watched the scene before him, Clara had always been difficult “Clara, I don’t have anywhere to go…” he replied “where exactly do you expect me to ‘take care of you’?”

“If they take me away I’ll never see you again Robin.” She leaned in close to the former demon and said something about the technology of the world, she could help him understand it. “Please Robin. I don’t want to go live with strangers what happens if they find out”

Robin let out a sigh, running a hand over his tired face “Clara… I don’t have anywhere to go” he replied quietly “I have nothing… I.. why would you want to come with me? I can’t look after you”

“I don’t want to lose you Robin. You’ve been looking after me ever since I got back. And Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. And we’re family Robin you and I. And we shouldn’t leave each other cause we don’t have anything”

He sighed softly, running a hand over his tired face “I.. Don’t see what you expect from this.. IF you went with those people, you’d at least have a home and a bed to sleep in”

Clara looked down “I ran away i want to stay with you Robin. You’re family, I don’t want to be with a bunch of strangers. Clara stared at the building as the police officer pulled up, he had tried to drop her off at the local orphanage but it was fill to the max. The young girl cried and fought the officer once again as he tried getting her out of the car. Clara had been living on the streets for some time before she was caught pick pocketing. The young girl screamed as she was brought to the asylum nothing was mentality or physically wrong with her. Once inside the building she hid behind the other officer who had been nice to her the whole time. (robin-thompson)

Robin had spent his last weeks in the asylum with no real reason or desire to leave– it had been his home for several centuries, so why would he? he’d been through so much there. Finally building up the courage and determination to put his history behind himself, he picked up his suitcase and walked to the entrance– pausing as he heard a familiar shout. 

“Clara?”

“Robin!” The young girl squealed and ran to him hugging him tightly. She began to cry, the last time she saw her older brother was before some nurses thought it would be a good idea to get the younger kids into the real world before they all went back home. Clara was left behind at the park and didn’t know where she was or anything.

The former demon wrapped his arms around her, letting out a sigh at her small and familiar embrace “Where have you been?” he asked with a sigh “Weren’t you at the home they sent you all off to?”

Clara stared at the building as the police officer pulled up, he had tried to drop her off at the local orphanage but it was fill to the max. The young girl cried and fought the officer once again as he tried getting her out of the car. Clara had been living on the streets for some time before she was caught pick pocketing. The young girl screamed as she was brought to the asylum nothing was mentality or physically wrong with her. Once inside the building she hid behind the other officer who had been nice to her the whole time. (robin-thompson)

Robin had spent his last weeks in the asylum with no real reason or desire to leave-- it had been his home for several centuries, so why would he? he’d been through so much there. Finally building up the courage and determination to put his history behind himself, he picked up his suitcase and walked to the entrance-- pausing as he heard a familiar shout.

Robin let out a long sigh and sat back “Fine..”

Nicholas sat up and pulled on his shirt “I should go”

Robin chuckled weakly and moved away “Fine…”

Nicholas looked over his shoulder at the formerly demon raising a brow

Robin ran a hand over his tired face and sat up before standing, taking a moment to fix his neat suit in silence

“I don’t remember what I was going to say”

Robin let out a long sigh and sat back “Fine..”

Nicholas sat up and pulled on his shirt “I should go”

Robin chuckled weakly and moved away “Fine...”

“I don’t remember what I was going to say”

Robin let out a long sigh and sat back “Fine..”

“You mean like date” Nicholas asked shifting his eyes to look at Robin. “Be boyfriends?”

Robin shifted slightly “Well, nut just yet… But eventually, perhaps?” he replied softly, looking down at the other.

“Uhm…. Okay….” Nicholas said softly attempting not to run his hands through the others hair.

robin smiled softly at the other “You can touch me… If you want to, I won’t bite”

“I just” he sighed softly and ran his hand through the others hair.

Robin frowned in response “You.. Just, what?” he asked, tilting his head slightly

Nicholas shook his head and then ran his hands down the others body.

Robin placed his hands over the others, stopping him “Nicholas, what?”

“You mean like date” Nicholas asked shifting his eyes to look at Robin. “Be boyfriends?”

Robin shifted slightly “Well, nut just yet… But eventually, perhaps?” he replied softly, looking down at the other.
