This week I made loco moco. It is a comfort pick because it is simple and nets me three meals. 1 lb of hamburger seasoned and split into three patties. Some rice from a rice cooker (I'm not sure the actual amount here but maybe 1/2 cup cooked rice). A fried egg and some gravy. The gravy I make from scratch. Break down one bouillon cube into 1 cup of water. Add 2 tbsp of corn starch. ~1/8 tsp of each thyme, garlic powder, and paprika. ~1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and black pepper to taste. Let it simmer until it thickens. I supplement a fruit and veggie smoothie as I don't know what to make with it (and I really like my smoothie). #food #cooking
