What happened to the chaps after the gig I don’t know. Jack, however, stuck with his jacket all through the north-american tour of spring ‘68. It’s mentioned in an article in The Ottawa Journal, April 26 of that year:

[Jack, sporting a light-colored Cherokee beaded doe skin jacket, confirmed his admiration for Indian art. “My rings are Navaho.” He added. “My friend John Taylor, a genius to my mind, makes ocarinas formerly used by the Aztecs, believed to make things float. He has invented among other things, a piano with one string, and a way of playing music without being able to read it. It works by a system of lights .“]
