Rocklock was stood in a rather comfortable looking room, absentminded using his quirk on one of the keys that hung around his neck. He was here to talk to Eraserhead, but he didn’t seem to be around at that moment. There was a shift behind him, and Rocklock turned to see where the noise had come from.

“Who’s there?”

“Potentially. You know the area better than I do, obviously and I have a….suspicion.” He pulled out phone, bringing up a map with various markings over it. “I’ve been tracking a couple groups. Seeing where they go back to in between distributions.” The market was flawed given he was pretty sure the other side of the plan had never been developed to be dispensed. The quirk enhancing drug no longer existed as far as he knew. He hoped. “I was hoping you’d be fine teaming up with me. I’d rather not get the police involved because that makes it a whole scene and there’s red tape and I really just want to put a stop to this.”

“What exactly are you getting me into here?” Rocklock’s eyes narrowed behind his mask, he recognized the locations, and he wasn’t exactly keen on where this plan was going. He noticed things had been quieter around the district for the past week or so, with an increase in activity in the areas Eraserhead had marked on the map.

“I don’t like where this is going Eraser. Those places are boneyards.”

It seemed only fair to involve him, as much as Shouta was loath to get anyone else involved. His contacts from underground work were great for tracking down the remaining stock, but they were of no help in actually stopping things. Tsukauchi was a fine man, but getting the police involved would make a big deal of the thing and he didn’t want any kind of publicity let alone this kind. Even if it was all his fault. One dumb impulsive move to do his job had ruined everything. It had unleashed a terrifying wave that he’d been trying to track and stop for at least a month. Find the dealers and the suppliers given the originals were all in jail. Try to keep people from suffering the same fate as a budding hero who didn’t deserve such a blow. “Yeah…I could use your help. You work in that district with the high crime rate, right?”

“Yeah, that's me.” The Lock Hero crossed his arms over his chest. He hadn’t seen Eraserhead since the raid, but after giving him a quick once over he looked a little worse for wear. Releasing the lock on the platform he was waiting on, he raised a brow to his fellow hero. “You need something in Beatdown City?”

"Oh, no, that's exactly the point. Your quirk, like mine, requires getting up close and personal with our targets. By learning from you, I can enhance my reflexes. Break my jaw less. Et cetera."

“If you interned under me, your jaw’s gonna get broken more before it starts getting broken less.” Rock Lock put a finger in the student’s chest, the toothy protrusions poking into the fabric of his shirt.

“You wanna prove you’re ready to crack knuckles in Beatdown City? Meet me at 8th and Lansing in half an hour.” A quick turn around from the Hero, as he gave a lazy wave goodbye to the aspiring intern, who would soon find his shirt was locked in place.

Rock Lock, while not a particularly powerful hero, is very handy in a brawl. He mainly patrols a district that he calls “Beatdown City” (the name hasn’t caught on) due to the area’s abnormally high assault rate. He normally ends up dealing with common thugs and gang brawls. His fighting style mainly consists of bareknuckle boxing, and greco-roman wrestling, while not very technical, it’s widely adaptable.
