"funeralman" originally owned by funeralman sr. and passed down to his two children after an untimely death. funeralman (jr.) and funeralwoman hate each other and have completely different ideas about how a funeral home should be run.

as a funeral service professional i love the idea of a guy named "funeralman" it's like soooo inherently funny to me. it's like what an old geezer would call me 😭 i'm also wondering if i should make like extended medical examiner's office or a coroner but i have a lot of thinking to do regarding the high volume of deaths that would be designated to those parties during initial custody of the deceased (thinking a higher caseload would demand a medical examiner's office)

IRL anything other than a death of natural cause -> ME/coroner (depending on jurisdiction) coroner is pretty much one per county i think it'd be funny if it was a position formally held by Cool Policeman. but also like there's so much wheeling and dealing in strange town it's like how much of this is covered up because it's just what everyone does? is murder so common in this world it's just taken as is? much to think about...

finally got around to finishing this fanart for bkmn! uploading it on here since instagram ate up the quality so so bad. the lyrics are from a song on one of my favorite albums

i really enjoyed this story, im a huge sucker for its aesthetic and the story itself was just really good. i think part of the reason it took so long to finish this was because of that like ache in the "heart" area that i would get when i would think a little too long about this comic.
