Rogers HR Consulting, LLC is proud to be working with a local manufacturing firm in Springfield, IL. We have been commissioned to find a Human Resources Manager (HRM) and a Human Resources Administrator (HRA). Simplex Inc. has been experiencing significant growth and is looking to find a couple HR Professionals to help them staff the facility and improve their HR function. The HRA will report to the HRM.

The ideal candidates will hold a bachelors degree and some level of professional certification. On the job experience may substitute for formal education depending on circumstances and longevity.
