Midway through this pandemic I discovered by serendipity #streetart through my daily sanity walks. The search for new works, tags, stickers has taken me through new neighborhoods, expanded my line of sight and taken me out of my well established comfort zone. Street Art has EXPLODED as storefronts have been boarded up, casualties of this dread virus, this economic malaise. Dead business become canvasses for creating, for fame, for whatever fierce forces cause the artists to tag up. I mourn the lost jobs and celebrate this new creativity in full bloom.
