1. What does it mean to be a digital Citizen
For me digital citizens are persons who have been trained in the use of technology and who also supply information to people who use technology. They are also engaged with governments or politics to facilitate the process, particularly during elections.
2. How can you observe social ethical and legal responsibilities in the use of technology
Technology must be used responsibly, and there must be no criminality or abuse of individuals, such as cyberbullying. Do not share photos (especially erotic photos) with friends or relatives because they can be opened or hacked by anyone. People must be taught how to use technology correctly right away, as well as how to utilize it lawfully and responsibly.
