The hardest part of writing fantasy is that I am not the type of writer who can just get to writing no matter how many scenes and ideas pop into my head

I have to know the name of everything and everyone, I have to know their entire backstory, about 5 centuries of history, need a full religion or three, holidays, traditions, myths and folktales, currency, fully developed economic systems and yes I may have written the foreign policy of each existing government in the mentioned kingdoms plus their current military capability and their main exports and imports but i need to know

And then of course I need at least a vague 3 act structure with plot points and i need to know the MCs full character arcs, their emotional wounds, their want vs their need, their fatal flaws and then maybe i can start writing

Maybe.

I exhaust myself.
