sorry for ignoring this ask for a while. i don't really know exactly, but from what i remember, barruni isn't canon, and cometcare isn't to an extent? this is a weird one that i think crump would explain better, but he's busy right now so ill just say what i can remember.

the ask 4x4 blog ("comet care")was around for a little bit, but i think the lore got changed around.

either way dream whatever ships u want lol. there's more yuri than anything in this comic anyways.

atm pretty much essentially is. i, currently the person who said i would sketch and ink the entire first section of the comic by myself. got sidetracked by life. honestly November as a whole has been an extremely depressing month for me. on-top of school projects I've hadn't got much time or motivation to work on it. as much i love this comic outside factors i can't control keep pushing me away. I'm mad at myself that i can't fulfill the promise of releasing the comic in a timely matter and I'm sorry to anyone who was expecting the release of the comic to be way earlier this year.

how many pages will be in the first part thats released? and also how many pages will there be in the other volumes?

we genuinely dont know LOL: for volume 1, we have like 20 pages completely done (we are all busy with school at the moment), and its like.. 1/3 of the way through at that point? about? maybe 1/2 so i'd except maybe 40-50 for volume 1, but the other volumes are lengthier, so who knows. sorry we don't have a more definitive answer...

I can't wait to see your take on Brigh T. Howtlook when you get there, he was my fave. (Also unrelated side note: I know this is pretty obvi, but I love how making Berry born into a wealthy family really adds to the story's commentary on the healthcare system ^^)

brigh is gone probably just cuz to us he literally added nothing to the story (especially looking at the leaked scripts LOLLL) literally was just a character to be shipped with kitty self insert and kick off the plot sigh...

our story goes in a different direction anyways but maybe we will make a design for him just because

some of y'all might be wondering "when the hell is this comic gonna release?" And I'll tell you right now today in this moment in time.

Idk honestly life just gets in the way lmao. I'm the main inker, sketcher, mutilator of designs. Etc, it's just that the coloring phase is taking a large amount of time. given that I'm not the one handling it I can't say how long it will take for it to release but hopefully it will! Eventually!

Like I said life gets in the way so it's been months without any progress.

adding onto this as a colourist, we could really use a background colourist!! i personally have coloured every character and (soon) am starting to work on colouring bgs but it is alot of work!! help is appreciated!!!! :-D
