okay, so I saw in the tag some people were making maps? figured I might share these two neat websites for anyone who wants a map but doesn’t know where to start.

1) Polygon Map Generator: randomly generates an island/continent from a seed. it can show you biomes, elevation, moisture and watersheds, but the absolute best part is it’ll give you a 3D render. how cool is that?

2) Fantasy Name Generator Map Creator: construct a sepia-tone map from rotateable parts. guaranteed to keep you occupied for at least 45 minutes at a time, it takes a little getting used to (imo) but it’s really good for if you have some ideas you want to run with. plus you can add little icons, like mountains and trees and castles!
