I heard many of you may have recently started going back to school or will start soon. I just want to remind you that school isn't everything in life, despite it feeling as much. There is so much more to life than numbers on a transcript to get you into college. I know the anxiety you feel from the pressures of school, and I sympathize with you. A number doesn't define who you are or your worth. When you feel this way, talk to someone you trust. Even if school grades are important to you, that doesn't mean you have to put all your life energy into it. Don't hurt yourself over such matters. Remember to take breaks, eat well, drink water, have hobbies, and spend time with those closest to you. Everything will be okay.
