Autumn
Like dry leaves mankind falls,
leaving nothing but dry branches.
Even though summer is now on earth,
for men it's autumn. And as soon as
autumn leaves, winter will come
until nothing but the white cold dark night
is left as mankind's heritage. Nothing but the
coldest night and darkest days
become earth's fate in hours o' dismay,
until spring breaks, revealing what's left.

[Dimension 20's Neverafter - Brennan Lee Mulligan]
The fear of death does not haunt me.
But a great sadness,
Knowing I have died many times.
When I think about,
All the past versions of myself,
That are no more.

Phil Hale - "Fright"
I swear to God, what the hell is going on in this painting? It's somehow unsettling to look at.
As long as I live, poetry will live within me. And when I die, poetry will scream my name through the gates of the centuries. And when I wake up, in a new body, a new life, a new time, poetry will find its way back to me in the shape of what I've written back in the days when it lived within me. And through the voice of poetry I will live, and so will many live. A voiceless voice that echoes through the halls of time.
