We have decided that effective immediately we are going to shut down the Brew & Chew for the next two weeks or longer if need be! Many of us here, have loved ones with underlying health conditions, that if they were to get infected by this virus, they most likely will not survive! It is for this reason we felt we need to stay home and do our part to stop this virus from continuing to spread as fast as it is projected to do! That being said we will update everyone as things develop and when we will re-open. We want to thank you for your understanding and we ask that you stay safe, don’t panic, purchase what you need, don’t over shop, and avoid group outings to help prevent the spreading…. relax and stay home! As most of you already know to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus all Restaurants and Bars have been asked to shut down inside dining but are allowed to remain open for takeout and delivery of food starting Tuesday March 17th till March 30th….The Brew & Chew respects the decisions handed down to us and we will remain open for pick up orders only and our team is working on getting the option for delivery available asap so stay tuned for updates on that….in the meantime we hope everyone remains calm in these times and remember this is just to prevent the spread of the virus so if we all do our part things will be back to normal soon. February's Sandwich Of The Month: After ordering an authentic Philly Cheesesteak from Tony Luke's in Philadelphia I felt Inspired to do my take on that famous sandwich......So I took a Choice Ribeye, then I shaved it and seasoned it up & sautéed it with Onions & Red Bell Peppers, then I poured our B&C Cheddar Jack Cheese Sauce on top of all that and put it on our Hoagie Bun and thus The Philadelphia was created!
