first fic

So I made this fic with the help of my best friend who graciously gave me a very cute prompt as well as help me with editing. I got a little carried away and it ended up being too long lol more than a thousand words oops hope you guys enjoy it!!

Prompt

So Karasuno has made it to the finals and tsukkun was busy strategizing with the coach in order to defeat nekoma and I was busy with studies. Tsukki and I couldn’t find time to be with each other so I decided to visit him before the match to congratulate him and tell them to do their best. Tsukki agreed to meet for a few hours so I made him a bento and went to the audience area of the gym. During that little break time, before they start their drills, tsukki suddenly gave me his bedroom eyes and be like “thanks, I’ll treat you back properly after we win the match.”

A frustrated sigh escapes your lips as you mindlessly read through the text for your upcoming chemistry midterm. Without any intention of doing so, your thoughts wonder back to the last time you saw Tsukishima. It’s been a week. Indeed it has, and it’s making you antsy more than ever. This separation was not unusual for the both of you since he occasionally went away for training or away games. But even then, he dutifully called you each night; you still had some sort of communication with him. You had nothing this time around. No texts, no phone calls, no five minute break for you to come up the steps of the gym and watch his annoyed expression as you hand him a towel. He told you again and again not to visit without telling him first but you can’t help it. You enjoyed watching him play, tease his teammates, and most of all, see his rare triumphed face when he shuts out an opponent’s spike or do a perfect feint.
