Regular heartbeat before indoor rowing intervals
could you make your heart beat faster like until 190 or 180 BPM on your next video? I like to see more of your heart beating fast!
Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately my max heart rate is ~ 170 bpm (during a VO2 max test), so ~ 150 bpm is probably the fastest I could relatively easily achieve at home.
Elevated heartbeats after light exercise.
Many of you have asked for videos with all kinds of gear (masks, helmets, headphones, sunglasses, lycra, electrodes, cuffs etc). Since I don't own many of those, I tried my best to incorporate at least the few I have, hopefully you'll like it. I'll see if I can acquire some of the other items in future.
What type of heartrate watch are you wearing?
Garmin Enduro 2
Getting my heart rate down to 43 bpm.
Post-run heartbeat after few minutes of rest. More frequent and deeper breathing than in the previous video, hence the slightly more elevated heart rate.
Blood pressure measurement after a run. Systolic pressure slightly difficult to read.
Fast heartbeat after a post-run shower.
Few seconds after coming back from a run, the recovery started at 170 bpm. Would be kinda cool if somebody listened in person at maximal exertion.
