do you have an estimate to when this group will open?

We’ll set an opening date once we think we have enough apps.

We know this answer can be kind of frustrating because it’s not a set time, but in our experience it’s the best way to run things. We’ve seen RPs open with only three or four taken characters, and we want to make sure we have a strong start.

Not yet, but now is probably a good time! The tag will be #rwtalk. We’ll post a promo in there to get it started off, and if you all want to like or reblog it to spread the word, feel free.

Also, just a note:

I’ve heard concerns about feeling intimidated or excluded by a talk tag, but we want to assure you that we won’t make any decisions on apps based on what’s posted there (unless it is linked in the “anything else” section of the app), and you aren’t required to put anything in there if you don’t want to!

Either one would work! Daphne Groeneveld seems to have more roleplay-able gifs, but it’s up to you.

You ran away. You don’t like to admit it, but the only reason you took this job was to get away from them. Walking through the doors of Runway every day only reminds you of what you’ve lost, of what you’ve (voluntarily) given up. You resolved not to let your entire life be the person you left behind. But you’re starting to wonder if you have the willpower to stay--you wonder if they’re still there, waiting for you. Are you willing to give up the job of a lifetime for them? And how long till someone starts to realize your heart isn’t in it as much as the rest of Runway?

For most of your life, you’ve dreamt of breaking into the fashion industry. You were the kid who planned your own runway shows, designed clothes in the margins of your notebook. When you graduated you struggled, but it was what everyone had warned you about, and you were prepared. It was only a matter of time before someone hired you, and when you got the call from Runway, your reaction was more along the lines of I knew it than surprise. Admittedly, your lack of involvement in the actual design process is frustrating, but you’ve worked your ass off to get here, and you’re not about to let that go to waste.
