I live my life like a joke but they have no idea how hard i am working!

Spent a huge part of my life gunning for fame and glory,

to only realised i like it simple after all.

The show was long over.

When the curtains closed and the lights turned dark, 

leave thrilled or drowning in thoughts but leave anyway. 

With every theatre and every scent reminding us of a beautiful memory, 

Breathe, feel and puff if you must!

But, leave anyway. 

The show goes on regardless of your presence,

running different nights for different audience. 

It wont hold back, no exception for you.

So please, leave, before it turns ugly.

But me?

I belong to a lost generation,

one that doesn’t chase after the next series.

One that may be weak but never fearful. 

One that fights uncertainty for a moment,

a moment to rewind time to see us again. 

But still, leave if can. 

Because not everyone is brave enough,

brave enough to not chase the next show,

brave enough to stay.
