Okay, great news. We've done the 5:15am wake up and run EVERYDAY since we started on Tuesday! I'm amazed. Especially because I got an unexpected womanly visitor this week. Husband and I have actually felt great going to bed at 10 and waking up early. Our eating habits could still use some work, but the running is going well. At this stage in the beginner training it's a lot of running and walking mixed. It's surprising how easy it is for me in this low altitude, vs Idaho where running feels like a workout for your breathing more than anything else. Overall I'm super glad we're keeping it going and happy to be getting back in the swing of it.
