Hmmm. Not sure what to think on this. The jury's still out a bit. Comments welcome. Anyway it's 50x50cm and I was going to title it 'Glacier Climbers' if it survives that is. It's Inks, watercolour and acrylic on board. Think it needs to be pushed back and softer and is over worked now.
Arh. Heres part 2 of my sunflower with attitude. He's still got it and is awesome. Just reminds myself that it's about appreciating things in the here and now.

Gotta love a pattern. This reminded me of space. It was just on a crappy wall in Sevenoaks. Contrast tweaked to pull out what I saw and caught my attention.
'Monkey Mind' - you'll get this image if you appreciate mindfulness and the problem solving part of our egos and psyche that is amazingly useful, powerful and protective. But it also a negative when it's bored and keeps our mind jumping about with unnecessary problems, and predicted fears. This is always the part that stops us getting to sleep on those annoying nights. #mindfulness
