Water is STILL wet…
everyone who menstruates should get paid menstrual leave
I’m not a woman but I do menstruate, and because of my pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome), I get such bad cramps each cycle that I faint and shake and my vision blacks out.
I have stayed at work through this more times than I can count, only leaving (and thus forfeiting wages) when completely unable to stand up and do tasks due to the severity of the pain.
Giving me and people like me paid leave would be such sweet justice.
Yoooooo
sluttywindow inbox me (if you want) because I have that as well, but i've actually taken supplements and started other changes in my life so they're bearable, and I can actually go to work now *gasp*
its cray~

"Working in the atelier [at Givenchy] was fundamental to my career….Because I was a tailor, I didn’t totally understand softness, or lightness. I learned lightness at Givenchy. I was a tailor at Savile Row. At Givenchy I learned to soften. For me, it was an education. As a designer I could have left it behind. But working at Givenchy helped me learn my craft."
