I recently read an article about how women use the word “just” in work life and personal life more than men do because we feel we need to apologize or make whatever we have to say quick. “I’m just writing to say…” “I just want to know…” “Just checking in…”. It seems to trivialize what we have to say.
Don’t apologize or feel you need to make little of what you are saying. Say it with intention. “I’m writing to tell you this…” “I want you to know…” “I’m checking in to make sure…"
Since reading the article I’ve become aware of how much I was adding “just” so soften what I had to say, whether it needed to be softened or not. Say what you have to say with confidence and intent. without apology. what you have to say, no matter what it is, is important.
It would be too easy to say that I feel invisible. Instead, I feel painfully visible, and entirely ignored.

What a year this week has been.
Isn't it weird how the french open never happened this year? They never told us why but well 🤷🏻♀️
It’s actually crazy how bad feeling bad feels
‘I need to get some sleep’ says girl who won’t fall asleep until 6am cause having free time at night is cool
Anyways, I for one am very happy clay season is over. I just felt like the vibes were wayyyy off all season. Reminds me of a quote that says something like "you had a bad day but you'll never have to relive this exact day again."
I didn't end up watching the men's final, just checked the scores periodically. Can't say I'm surprised with the result as the rat has been in two GS finals before and this is the first one for Cobolli. That doesn't make the final result any less shit and awful for those of us who are sickened that that man continues to be lauded and face little to no public repercussions to his image and career.
Also, a reminder to some comments I've seen in the past that completely that suggest or imply that no one is really friends with the rat or they don't like him. Quite a few players do not care about the allegations. They spend time with him outside of their work, they say nice things about him and continue to live their lives. They don't give a fuck because they didn't experience harm from him directly (so they think he couldn't have do it to anyone else) or they either share similar beliefs. It's also important to keep in mind that while those relationships may be genuine and we're not privy to most of it as we're outside of the bubble they live in, I still think it's also a part of the image he tries to cultivate.
So once again, I have a hard time believing when people who defend these assholes say "but it'll affect their career/life/family!!! Don't you care about that?" Because even if they experience a bit of backlash, it's often short-lived and overlooked.
Not looking forward to all of the glazing he's about to get in the coming week. The only thing I'm looking forward to when it comes to the FIFA World Cup is that his win will be old news in a week's time.
Oh look, there's only one singles final this year. Looking forward to Saturday!
After the women’s final I think we should all log off until grass season tbh
MAJA CHWALINSKA
Wins her semifinal match against Diana Shnaider (7-6(4), 6-4) at the 2026 French Open. She advances to the finals to meet the 8th seed Mirra Andreeva. This is only her third main draw at a grand slam yet Maja is the second qualifier after Emma Raducanu in 2021 to make it to a grand slam final. She was ranked World No. 114 and is now at a new career high of World No. 21 in the live rankings currently. If she wins Roland-Garros, she will be amongst the top 15
