Reclosing reopened grave sick in mud going up to my knees because some stupid bitch fox decided to dig the cat out a eat half his ass. How's everyone else's Friday 13th going so far?

Part of my job is a houseplant maintenance in a hospital and other buildings and today I had to trim a pink Cordyline plant and decided to propagate it. I put the cutting in the back pocket of my overalls (having another 10 floors and 2 more buildings of plants to water and check on ahead of me and needing both my hands).

Then at one point a woman walked behind me and exclaimed, „There's a plant on your ass!“

„It sure is,“ I answered wittily.

And she was like, „And it's a pretty one!“

„It sure is,“ I replied channelling my inner kindergarten teacher.

She just laughed awkwardly. And then, 2 floors later suddenly my brain hiccupped, „Wait was she talking about the plant or my ass?“ And I thought how it could have been a meet-cute if the scene was written by someone competent and thus decided to share it here.

Whenever I start reading a new story I think about who the characters look like and I cast actors or just people I think would fit the roles. And then I sometimes forget it wasn't a movie and I'm so confused wtf are these memories about.

My mom said she didn't see any connection between black cats and Halloween. So I took some pumpkins, fake spiderwebs, Bow and a camera. Bow immediately understood the assignment, and proved my point :D

Halloween Lover's Cuppa

The fourteenth picture from my photo series Fancy a Cuppa? I took in October 2023. The mug was a gift from my dearest friend. The book was a very lucky find in a "take a book, share a book" box at work, I love it. And the candy corn and circus peanuts were a gift from my US friend Rose who went to visit her homeland and asked me what would I like her to bring back and was quite surprised at my choice :D (P.S.: The experience wasn't what I expected but my mom loved the candy and finished it for me.)

Barduil - a playlist by Ruwin
