BREAKING: Spotlight Productions Updates Fans on Athena

Fans across the world were surprised in September, when it was announced that Athena had married Producer and Rapper Andrew Woo and was expecting a child later in the year. While she performed for much of the Vagabond Tour, she took her “maternity leave” during the US leg of the tour, and her son was born during the European leg.

Andrew and Athena have been very open so far, sharing pictures of baby Gabriel online, as well as participating in the Vagabond Tour finale in Seoul, but the family has been quiet since then, and fans of the singer expressed a lot of concerns regarding Athena and the future of her career.

Spotlight Productions released a statement for fans today, along with a handwritten note from Lucille Woo, stating that she will not be retiring yet. While she will be spending the next year or so with her son, she plans on returning to the stage eventually.
