hummingbird's blessing brought me a red shouldered hawk out in the open i will live forever

more pictures of the same great egret AGAIN! i cant help myself, i just get so happy seeing it around

unfortunately i could not get a single good picture but i snapped some pics of a caspian tern! i had seen this individual yesterday i think but i couldnt get a picture. ive never seen a tern before so it was very exciting, they caught a yummy fish :) i also learned that these are the largest terns in the world!

my best picture today is probably of the northern mocking bird. the bcnh was from last night and all the pics are kind of buns cuz it was low light

this mornings haul, went on a short walk. saw the same great egret thats hanging around rn. managed to like like 2 decent humming bird pictures.

various neighbors of mine. wood ducks, domestic mallards, western bluebirds, a northern mocking bird, lesser goldfinches, crows, canada geese and swan geese,

on my first test run of my first ever proper camera, i was lucky to see a great egret hanging out close to home. i love herons so this was a lovely first subject
