Two hours? Shit, Bill! That’s crazy. How long has that been an issue? Is it because of your siblings tormenting you as a child or have you just always been such a light sleeper? In my defence, I didn’t actually know you were here in Royal. Where are you living anyways? Hopefully in Royal Hills? I fell in love with the lake so I couldn’t avoid miss out on living so close to it. We should go for breakfast sometime this week for sure! Cheat meals seem so strange. I’ve never heard of them but they sound bad. I guess it’s to do with silly fad diets. You’re not dieting are you? You certainly don’t need it. I couldn’t live without bacon and waffles would be hard miss too. I guess it’s better than you screaming about missing me yes. I prefer to have my eardrums in tact and not have them ringing for days.

It’s absolutely because of how often Gustaf and Alexander tormented me as child. But then again, I returned the favor by tormenting all the siblings that were younger then me so I suppose I cannot complain too much, can I? But I think the fear level has died down in recent years and been replaced by my inability to fall into a deep enough sleep. You didn’t know I was here? I’m hurt. I thought your  Skarsgård Senses would have been tingling the second you arrived. Royal Hills? Unfortunately, no, Lagniappe Valley is my new home. All those beautiful vineyards were hard to say no to. Though I suppose the lake also helped sway me on my decision to choose it. I’d be offended if you didn’t ask me out to breakfast considering how long it’s been since we’ve spoken! I’ll even sacrifice my strict regime to eat a smorgasbord of foods with you. Dieting? No, not intentionally anyway. But I think Pennywise would look slightly less intimidating if he were to have a cute, round belly, don’t you? Then your eardrums are safe from screaming. For now.

I think I just got lucky. It’s better than my normal 5 hours so I felt pretty happy about it. It sounds boring but it was porridge with fresh berries and some toast. I really wanted bacon. It’s my favourite. I’m guessing you had bacon this morning? I know you silly. I know it was 6 years ago but I quite enjoyed filming Kronjuvlerna with you and Björn. Did you forget me already? Now I’m sad.

5 hours? I’m still somewhat jealous because often, I can barely manage to get two hours before it’s broken by the smallest of noises. Now I’m feeling even more envious because who doesn’t love some fresh berries? And toast too? I could kill you for not inviting me over to have breakfast. But I won’t. For now. I love bacon but unfortunately I opted for waffles with maple syrup and strawberries. It’s called a cheat meal, apparently. Six years ago is a long time, Alicia. You could have changed dramatically in that time! You can’t blame me for feeling a little out of touch, can you? It would’ve been worse had I screamed in your face about how much I missed you so you should be grateful.

It’s a little sad to hear that my biggest role to date scared the shit out of the future Comedic President of the World but I suppose it’s also something that I can put on my résumé. I’ll happily provide the pizza for you to enjoy with your finest friends but I unfortunately don’t own a cat. I think I heard something about animals being able to sense evil so it’s best that I don’t owe any given that I happen to be one of the scariest men alive at present.

Have you thought about installing a night light? I imagine if that information were to become public knowledge that your campaign might be impacted, though. If you want my advice? Just shut your eyes and think about happy thoughts.

“Now I kind of want that to happen” Lily laughed softly – wondering what it would be like to have someone ‘punk’ her. Tilting her head to the side and he spoke, Lily knew that she was probably turning a shade of bright red. She was used to people paying her compliments, usually ones who interviewed her or took photos, but this situation was completely different. It was a genuine compliment. “It was probably something like Daisy. Don’t know many Tulips around.” Although she did appreciate the compliment – teasing on the slight side of flirtation was something she enjoyed. Watching him get comfortable on the bed, Lily grinned. “How’s life in Royal? Boring without all us there?” She asked – wondering how quiet everything was with a little less celebrities running around. “You did? I’m sorry the experience was as enjoyable. Where is my crying photos?” She asked, arching her brow.

“I’m sure I can arrange for some famous prankster on YouTube to prank you if you’re really in the mood for it.” It was a natural reaction to support even the strangest of requests or desires of people. To avoid embarrassing the blonde further, Bill pretended not to notice the flush that filled Lily’s complexion. It was an attraction that was undeniable and one that had grown in a small amount of time but his desire had not been the same as previous relationships. It was not at all like a carnal attraction but rather a plain old crush that had yet to be explored beyond the realms of innocent flirtation. “I’d say she’s sort of like Daisy Buchanan so I guess that must make me Gatsby.” A wink with an overwhelming playfulness followed but that emotion dwindled as Lily posed the question. It would have been rather embarrassing to admit the truth so instead, Bill opted to continue along the same playful vein. “It’s getting more boring by the minute with you here-..I mean without you guys here.” So much for remaining subtle. “It’s being used as leverage. I’ll show you the photo provided that you agree to go on another date with me. A real date this time.”

Lily didn’t know what to make of the whole trip to Hawaii – she had never really had to share a room with someone. Her brother and her had their own rooms growing up, and in university, she had her own, too. Although she had lived with others before, this was a different experience – so she avoided it as much as possible, which is how she found herself at the beach in the first place. Hearing Bills voice, she let out a light laugh. “Surprise, you’re on Punk’d.” Letting the screen be on the sunset for a few moments longer, she double tapped the screen so it would be turned onto the selfie camera. “Do you want me to find you a beautiful blonde? There’s plenty around…” 

“I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this were some kind of set-up. I’m just wanting for Ashton Kutcher to come out, screaming and going crazy.” It was easy to be himself whilst in the presence of Lily so he felt little embarrassment by the minute or two of laughter. As he composed himself, Bill could not help but narrow his eyes some at the blonde’s remark. As cheesy as it was, Lily had to have been one of the most beautiful women he had seen. All he could do was attempt to convince her of the truth even if she refused to believe it. “I think I have one right in front of me. Some kind of flower name. Sunflower? Tulip? It’s something like that.” A brief pause as he settled himself down atop his bed, legs outstretched as he relaxed into the comfort of the mattress. “So I had Taco Bell today. Admittedly not nearly as good without you here.”

Having had a full day exploring the volcanoes of Hawaii, Lily found herself sitting on a beach and watching the sunset. She knew that Bill was a little disappointed he wasn’t there with her, so scrolling through her phone – she found his contact and pressed call on Facetime. Waiting for him to answer, she turned the camera so it was facing the ocean.

As much as Bill loathed to admit aloud, it had been disappointing that he’d missed the cruise. Mostly for the relaxation aspect but there was a small part of him that wanted to spend more time getting to know Lily. The moment that he noticed the notification of the incoming Facetime, his features brightened and a smile stretched across his lips. As he answered, Bill could not help but laugh. “I love the view but I was under the impression that I’d be talking to this beautiful blonde girl. Am I being prank called right now?”

Lily: [email protected]. My dad made it for me, don't laugh. I don't know why he chose 'cuddly bunny.' That's the plan, don't tell them, though. I need to make my name in the big, wide world. You're cute. You know, you could just fly to Hawaii. I'll help book a hotel and we can hang out there, if you want. A ridiculous suggestion, I know.

Lily: I'll save every one of them, don't expect that you come back and bite you in the ass ;) My cabin mate is Sarah, that one from Grey's Anatomy. She told me she was a fan. I couldn't say the same since I've never seen the show.

Bill: I promise that I didn't laugh although I had a little chuckle. Not to mock you but because it's a pretty cute email address. And for the record, I'm no expert but I'd say you have made your name in the big, wide world already. You are Cinderella, after all. It's a very tempting idea but I'm not sure if I'm prepared to deal with your cabin mates questioning of our...friendship? I'm not sure what to call this exactly.

Bill: If you dare show anyone those photos, I'll ban you from Taco Bell for as long as possible. I'm talking store wide bans and refusal of service. Are you prepared to sacrifice your Taco Bell privileges in exchange for embarrassing me, Lily? ;) Grey's Anatomy? Never watched an episode of it myself.

Yes, those kinds of things aren’t for everyone, I guess. I mean, if that were normal, I think everyone would need to be reevaluated. Some of the comments are a bit weird - about feet or I don’t know, other weird things.

I’m all for freedom of expression and being passionate about things but the attraction toward clowns and parental figures is where I draw the line. Feet? If those are the sort of comments that you get then I’m deeply concerned. That’s one of the areas of a body that I tend to avoid at all costs.

After the long flight here last night, It was great to get home for a heavenly 12 hour sleep. I just ate the best breakfast ever. I think it was ever better when I hadn’t eaten since yesterday morning. That being said… Hey. My name is Alicia Vikander and I hate aeroplane food.

12 hours? I’m impressed but I’m a little envious because I struggle to remember the last time I slept for that long. Best breakfast ever? Do tell. If it doesn’t include pancakes or bacon then I’ll have to politely disagree. It’s lovely to meet you, Alicia who hates aeroplane food. Lily: What an interesting email. Reminds me of my first one I ever had. Wasn't the best thing, ever but my dad helped me set it up. Oh, you might? I think you should, it'll be Academy Award winning and you get the first exclusive look. Yeah, I feel kind of bad for everyone. I don't really mind whoever I would room with - I'm probably going to be exploring most of the time, anyway. I look at my face twice a day - when I get ready for it, and before I go to bed.

Lily: Enjoy it by yourself, you've got a lot of eating to do to catch up. When I get back, we can have another Taco Bell date. Who said it was going to be your version? Maybe I meant the original.

Bill: So this is the opportunity for you to spill the beans on what that email was so that I can laugh at it. Unless it's something cute then I might just feel slightly bad about laughing. So you'll be the next Scorsese or Tarantino? Interesting. If I had have known about the cruise, I might have tried a bit harder to get on there just for you. I can't in good conscience allow you to be alone and bored on a cruise. Especially if there's lots of attractive, scantly clad people. Even typing that made me feel a little jealous.

Bill: I mean fine, I'll eat it by myself but expect lots of pictures of me crying while eating a burrito. If you're going to give me attitude, I'll work out who your cabin mate is and tell them that you want to hang out.

Lily: I've got to make a whole slideshow? Give me five business days after the trip is over and I'll email it to you. Who knows. I'd be pretty upset if I had a husband and didn't get to room with him. Non-married people I can understand but married, no. I'll just facetime you the whole time and you can get sick of me. I'm sure whatever we did together would be entertaining.

Lily: To your first thought - yes, I do. To your second thought, I'm just glad you didn't come off as fuckboi and say and what would we do if I was there. We'd watch IT on repeat, duh.

Bill: If you email it to me on my personal email [email protected] with the subject line 'Wish You Were Here!', I might actually take time out of my busy schedule to watch it. I'd be equally as disappointed especially if there were kids in the picture. Isn't it rare for parents to get a night away? I doubt I'd get sick of you. Have you seen your face? It's pretty likable.

Bill: And to that I say, I miss you too. I don't have anyone here to enjoy Taco Bell with so I'm miserable. There's still time for me to reach fuckboi levels. I'm not usually a big fan of watching my own films but for you, I'll sacrifice my traditions.

Bill: I look forward to a slideshow set to the tune of Margaritaville, then. Maybe it's all to do with absence making the heart grow fonder or something like that. Bill: Hawaii? Sounds beautiful. I would have thought the cruise would need to be family friendly or something. I'd maybe keep the heavy petting to a minimum then. A sock? Gross. I think I'd rather be in my own room, far away from anyone who might use it as an opportunity to get lucky.

Oh you did? Well I won’t pry you on it but I’m happy for you! She’s a lucky girl and I am sure you are to lucky too to date whoever this is. You have a good taste so she must be very special. Lycka Till, Bill. Not that you need it. I’m sure it will be perfect. Just relax and take it easy together. 

Well that’s them. Our mother is the best woman in the world. I have my whole life to be thankful for. I couldn’t of asked for a better companion. I didn’t think I would of won that Emmy you know but with the slim chance I thought I had, I wanted to thank her there and then. I know she appreciated it. Even though she cried about it and told me I shouldn’t of mentioned her but you know how wonderful she is. I’m sure you would be doing the same when you win an Oscar for IT…. That is unless you have allowed a woman to win your heart by then, which I’m sure will happen sooner than we think. You’re right but I’m not really looking to find someone. If it happens then great but love is not really on the cards. Not for me anyway, little brother.

I mean, I wouldn’t say that we’re anything serious. It was just one date and I haven’t exactly broached the subject of a second. But yes, I think that she’s special. A lot different to some of the women who I’ve been with in the past. 

If she were to hear you say that, I think you would claim the title of favorite son. But given that you flew her from Sweden to take her to the Emmys? I think that title was already yours to be won. An Oscar for IT? I highly doubt it. It isn’t the sort of film that the Academy would nominate for something so prestigious. Let us not hold our breath about me finding a woman who has won my heart because we might be waiting for quite some time.

Not for you? Don’t be ridiculous. Each and every one of us is destined to find some great, all consuming love. Don’t deny yourself the opportunity. Are there seriously no women out there whom you have taken an interest in?
