Please genuinely show me where NW said that a night shift spinoff is doable if they can make it work. I haven't seen any such thing from him so if he has, I would like to know. Otherwise, you're just trying to defend him by saying he and SH said the same thing when they really didn't. One is talking down to the pitt fans and one is saying it would be an interesting shift but doesn't want to dilute the original show. I'm willing to change my mind if I see proof

There are other quotes that are similar but I don’t want to take the time to find them; however, NW main concern with a night shift spin off is diluting the original show, which is a sentiment that Shawn Hatosy alluded to in his recent interview.

A night shift spin off is possible but probably not anytime soon.

All of this doesn’t matter, though, because people will continue to misinterpret what NW says to feed their own confirmation bias.

taylor is not likely to be in the running. it has nothing to do with being "worthy." sepideh and isa weren't included because people were complaining about the emmys being too white, they were included because more voters were mentioning them as possible nominees.

Regardless, NW and SH did say the same thing. They both said that a night shift spinoff would be doable if they can find a way to make it distinct enough of a show not to take away from the Pitt. They both said they don’t want to do a spin off if it would dilute the original show or if it would be just be a continuation of the day shift.

It’s funny how Patrick’s Variety flopped completely and went away like a wet fart in the night, but Shawn’s has gone viral.

Shawn has mastered how to go viral: talk about shipping. Every tweet about it gets thousands of likes. Patrick avoids the topic like the plague and that’s why so many people find him rude, aloof and boring in interviews.

He turns his nose up at shipping while Shawn wholeheartedly embraces it. Even Noah has fun with rabbot and hucklerobby shipping.

Would be very fun to see Shawn win the Emmy right under Patrick’s nose.

Variety removing Taylor from their Emmy predictions is straight bullshit. She was on their list all season and now two months after it’s over she’s no longer worthy?! people do not realize how misogynistic robby can me and it pisses me off!!! just because a character CAN be defended doesn’t mean they should be!!! mohan always having him on her ass, the thing with him and javadi when she was making a video (could be semi reasonable but needs so much justification imo, mckay getting chewed out for bringing oglivie to the case outside the hospital, and don’t get me STARTED on him and baran my gorgeous gorgeous queen. he may be complex but he is also just a man sometimes who is arrogant and prideful and an asshole!!!!

None of what you said is misogynistic. He is the head of the ER and their boss.

1) Javadi should not be filming TikToks when she is at work.

2) McKay and Ogilvie did not have permission to leave the ER and, again, he is their boss. What if they were injured when they left the hospital and no one knew where they were? What if there was a MCI and they were not where they were supposed to be?

3. Al-Hashimi should have disclosed her history of seizures before she started and talked to Robby immediately when they escalated because it is a liability for the hospital and he is chief of the ER.

Being reprimanded for doing something incorrectly or making mistakes is not misogynistic. He is their boss and he is responsible for the entire ER.
