This is the second chapter of Mizu no Iro Gin no Tsuki, the title is actually 2 volumes wherein the first volume is the previously published Mizu to Gin. The first chapter can be found on the link on the description page in Bato.to or click here.

This is a sequel to Natsu no Zenjitsu which was released in 2008. The first volume of this was released back in 2000 and the second volume contains works from 2005-06 (Source). So don’t compare the art with Natsu haha.
