Not sure if I’m jumping ship just yet. I think we’ll see how things play out, but I’ve been looking to cut one of my platforms for simplicity’s sake anyway and Tumblr might be making that choice obvious. Not sure how I feel about all this yet, so if anyone has anything to say, I’d be curious if people are planning to stick around or not?

“Goodbye Summer” pen sketch from my sketchbook.

While pretty much everyone around me is so excited for fall and Halloween they can barely contain themselves, I really felt the passing of summer this year. I’m not normally a summer person, and I love autumn as well, but despite the crazy heat, I actually had a great summer full of new experiences, like learning to windsurf and kayak. So I won’t miss the heat, but I will miss being on the lake and the long evenings that stretch on forever. Goodbye summer. :( Until next year.
