day 1

July 2, 2024 - day 1 of trying.

Dropped off my laundry at the laundromat

Visited an adjacent coffee shop (also within the condo) and had a white mocha cold brew :)

Picked up my laundry and sorted it out in my storage

Went to the gym and spent a good 30 mins whacking the treadmill (12 incline was such a b-t)

Showered and had a super satisfying skin care routine session.

Thank you, Lord! and sorry my faith was shaken again. All the glory and praise goes to You!

Cutting myself some slack today.

This month is definitely one of the hardest one for me. I haven't gotten a good sleep since, and I feel clueless about everything. I just hope that things would get a little better for our family. It's just so hard.
