The witch's absorbing nature's energies in order to become young and beautiful again. She was withered, dying, but still eager to be alive. She'd have done anything, even using Mother Earth's power the bad way and for a selfish cause. Now that her wish has been fulfilled, she can finally let the rose consume her flesh as fertiliser for future lives.
