THE CHEEK.    just below his left eye there’s a series of small jagged scars.   if a person’s approval with Daveth isn’t high enough and they ask him about it,  he’ll lie,   and the story will change every time.     if approval is met,   Daveth will explain how the night he fled Lothering with Kaelys,   his father had struck him in the face with a glass bottle.     he’d been so intent on getting as far from Lothering as possible that he didn’t stop to really tend to the wound for two days,   resulting in the scarring.

ARMS.   during their trip through the mountains that led to the temple of sacred ashes,   daveth was attacked by one of the young dragonlings.   his bracer saved him from most of the beasts little teeth,   but he has several bite marks on his left forearm and one long scar from the dragonling’s back claws.     also on his left,   his shoulder bares the scars left by a shade’s claws. the rest are small nicks from swords.     they’re light and barely noticeable thanks to Wynne’s healing.

TORSO.   two arrow wounds to his right abdomen, luckily missing anything important.     they’re small and circular and sometimes barely noticeable.
