Mini-update;

Working on GUI related things again, I figured I would make a video to show how it's looking so far. Everything in this is subject to change, and is pretty much just fun little WIP stuff.

The text box has been updated (With the addition of a mock up MC)

The choice buttons better match the UI now.

❤︎₊ ⊹ Today I played around with aspects of how the game is going to look. This is a very early version of it so bare with me here❤︎₊ ⊹

This is mainly to show off the choice button ( Which i'm already planning on editing), and how backgrounds will be displayed.

That big frilly thing will be a frame for all backgrounds in the game as of right now, the grey box inside it will display the backgrounds, while the blue part and candy in the corner is to display the time of day season and date.

Mica is there as a place holder so Eileen doesn't pop on the screen (Iykyk OTL I miss her old sprite). The display of character sprites is going to be different as well, but i'll show that off when I get to it, and of course the text box is going to change as well.

Untitled project.

Plot summary:

You leave your toxic family to go live with your online best friend Berryl in a big city. You can now start a new life you're in control of, and perhaps find love. Make friends, memories, and your own decisions.

However not all goes well… once you finally cut contact with your family for good it turns out they aren't willing to leave you alone.

Tensions rise, and your family soon appears in your life to drag you back to a life of being the family piggy bank.

Eat your Heart Valentine 2! Game walkthrough!

Eat your Heart Valentine 2 was made to be more flexible with its answers in comparison to the first game.

This walkthrough will simply give you a straight forward explanation on how to get the Normal/Dark endings along with their Good and Bad variants!

NORMAL vs DARK choices:

Allar: Deleting the app = Normal endings. Not deleting the app = Dark endings. ( Deleting the app means the stalker won’t be able to keep in contact with you.)

Mica: Working with Helen in the back = Normal endings. Working with Mica upfront = Dark endings. ( Working with Helen means you find out Mica has an extremely weak heart.)

Josh: Checking your front door at night = Normal endings. Not checking the door at night = Dark endings. ( Checking the door means Cookie won’t break the door lock.)

Louie: Working with Louie = Normal endings. Working with Alicia = Dark endings. ( Working with Alicia means she has your number to give the stalker.)

Best answers:

I'll chat with him. Are you close with the owner? Avoid the question. Cherries. Yeah, I could eat. Ask Allar's opinion. Did it hurt? That's terrible!

Worst answers: I'll chat with him. So, why do you dress like that? Tell him. I don't need to hear that from you. Neither. No, I should head home. Your tattoo's weird.

OTL ignore the audio, we've been binging while I work.

But I wanted to show the progress on the menu so far! It took me forever but I got it all working! ⁽⁽ଘ( ˊᵕˋ )ଓ⁾⁾

Finally got the main menu some ImageButtons only to completely fuck up the other menu OTL

When I tried to fix it my buttons scattered around the screen like a dropped bag of marbles.

All the tall sprites are finished, most of the backgrounds are done, and I'm re-editing the routes again in the hopes that they will be enjoyable to play through
