"Snowflower!!!" Sagefall jumped up, meowing excitedly. "I already have lots of nicknames for you, but I’m okay with coming up with something else! Okay— So…"

She paused, her whiskers quivering. “I… Your newest nickname is…” Suddenly, she seemed at a loss, unable to come up with something she hadn’t used before. But then she perked up, with an idea in her head. “Oh, I know! Your newest nickname is P.. Pe— Pea. Pea! Pea. Pretty Pea! That’s it. I was originally going to say p-peaon- Peaony- Peony— but I can’t pronounce that, so Pea works okay.”

Snowflower mrrowed in laughter “I dont think i look very much like a pea OR a peony” she studied her paws for a moment, lost in thought “hey, do you want to do something fun?” she meowed distantly, and then whispered distantly “All this noise is making my ears hurt.” scanning the crowd of cats surrounding them

"It doesn’t matter if it’s what you look like, it can be how you act, too!” Sagefall pouted, tamping the ground with her paw. Her ears perked up, however, when Snowflower spoke again. "Hm? Oh, yeah! Sure!" She gave a little hop and circled her friend impatiently. "We could go exploring, or something! You know, it's boring when you cant be away from the nursery all the time, and we don't get many chances, either, so this will be fun!! Yeah!! Lead the way!"

"Hellooo, Littleripple!" Sagefall sat up, showering the other with attention. "Are you here for a nickname, too? Okay, well…."

Sagefall paused, thinking deeply for a minute or so. Then she replied happily. “I guess… There’s a lot of things you remind me of! At first I kinda wanted to say you reminded me of the barn, since you’re both really kind and inviting and remind me of like, family and stuff. But I know I can’t call you ‘barn-y’ since that’s kind of weird, so I had to think of something else. So I thought again for a while and then I found it! You remind me a lot of a butterfly, because you have all these intricate things about you and you’re cool and you’re very nice and gentle. So I’ll call you Butterfly. Butt-y?”

Littleripple felt her thick pelt heat up in embarrassment. “That’s really sweet Sagefall! Barn-y and Butt-y are cute nicknames! But if you call me Butt-y, I get to call you Sagey!”

"Oh, I like that! But now that I think about it, Butt-y isn’t a good nickname. So I’ll just call you Butterfly instead of Butt-y, since that makes more sense." Sagefall shifted her weight onto one of her front paws. "But you can still call me Sagey! I like that nickname. But I said that already, so.. Ignore what I just said!"

SAGEFALL AND SNOWFLOWER

Drinks all of the coffee: PROBABLY snowflower ?? sagefall hates bitter things. its so hard to get her to eat herbs or anything honestly she's a nuisance for all medicine cats

Brings up adopting a pet: sagefall doesn't even bring it up she just shows up one day holding a goat. snowflower never questions where it came from she just. accepts it

Kills the bugs: neither of them. they just open the windows and leave it alone

Cooks the meals: snowflower probably

Starts getting into holidays way before they should: sagefall. definitely

Initiates the couple selfies: both but mostly sagefall

Forgets the birthdays and anniversaries: neither of them?? sagefall likes making homemade presents so she always remembers and snowflower . i cant imagine snowflower ever forgetting either

Always ends up with too much junk food after grocery shopping: sagefall definitely because she eats so much junk (and still maintains her tiny and petite figure ?? incredible)

"It’s… it has five petals, and… oh! Oh, yeah! I remember now. It’s a water buttercup! So… I think I’ll call you Buttercup! It’s nice to meet you, Buttercup! I’m Sagefall!" The cat chirped, happy to come up with a nickname for the other.

I don't mind.”

You remind me of those shells that wash up on the shore sometimes. The one that looks kind of like a fan and it's kind of curved, and it feels like it's been stripped of bark? Those! But I guess I can't call you 'shell' or anything like that, so maybe... like...? Oh! I'll call you Shell-y, so that way it's not shell but it's not too different, either!"

The small apprentice jumped at the sudden greeting of Sagefall, fur standing on end. They had been minding their business when she decided to strike up a conversation.

He had nothing wrong with how she had worded her sentence, it was just the way it was so sudden and, to him, loud. He looked down towards the Shoreclan warrior and responded. "B-Before I answer any of your questions, d-do you mind telling me your name? M-Mine is Pebblepaw."

- -     "Oh!" She sat up, seeming surprised. She noted the other's ruffled fur and attempted to speak in more hushed tones. "I'm Sagefall! I'm a warrior from Shoreclan. It's nice to meet you, Pebblepaw. I was an apprentice only like... seven moons ago? Maybe like, six. I forgot."

- -     Sagefall cocked her head a little bit and shifted on her haunches, somehow unable to keep still. "I'm sorry I frightened you, or.. you know. I can get excited easily. My offer still stands, if you're interested! I'm looking for someone and I need help."

Although Sagefall can talk a lot (and really quicky), she doesn't really like it when people try to pass her off as a silly young cat. Just because she's hyperactive doesn't make her opinions or thoughts any less valuable, and she hates it when people ignore her or get tired of her (especially since she can't help but be that way.) (Basically, she just hates it when people don't take her seriously.)
