Sometimes it's important to take time and check up on yourself to reflect on your emotions and current state. Down below, I have listed 10 questions that you can ask yourself to help organize your mind! <3
Have I been able to keep up with my daily routine?
What am I doing today that makes me feel happy?
What is taking up the most headspace at the moment?
Have I been physically active lately?
Have I been eating regularly and healthily, and have I been drinking enough water?
Have I been sleeping well?
Am I withdrawing socially?
Am I losing interest in activities that I usually enjoy?
Have I been able to focus lately?
What am I grateful for right now?

Things to do on a bad day
We all have bad days, and no matter what the cause is, I want you to know that your feeling and struggles are valid! Here are a few things that might help you get through those bad days a little easier <3
Do your skincare and maybe add a face mask.
Put your phone on "Do not disturb."
Eat something that makes you feel good.
Move your body, even if it's just a short walk or some stretching.
Wear a comfy outfit.
Write down your thoughts.
Try going to sleep early.
Browse on Pinterest and make a new board.
Take a long bath.
Buy yourself flowers :)
Make sure to drink a lot of water!!
Light a candle or use an essential oils diffuser.
Make yourself a tea or hot chocolate.
Eat some fruit.
Bake something like cookies or banana bread.
Give yourself time <3
