Prioritizing my peace is a big part of my journey in therapy, it was actually a discussion point in today’s session. I have to learn to let go of people and situations that are not serving me in the way that I need to be served. Some difficult choices are on the horizon but I have to choose myself first. I can’t preach for people to maintain adequate self care if I don’t do it myself.

It has a buncha colors but these are my faves

Purple bc insanely gorgeous 100/10 just beautiful

Then the light blue/green makes me feel like I’m underwater, 11/10 love to imagine I’m drowning

And then dark blue bc it feels like I’m in space, 10/10 would love to go there and stop breathing
