Boost your sex drive AND your metabolism in one, healthy, delicious drink!
Ingredients:
2 quarts lemon-ginseng tea, brewed and cooled.
1 cup diced watermelon
1/2 cup fresh, sliced strawberries
2 slices fresh lemon
2 slices fresh orange
1/2 cup honey
Directions:
In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients. Mix until honey is well blended. Serve over ice and enjoy!
HINT: For a delicious party drink, simply add 1 cup of vodka or passion fruit rum and don't forget the little umbrella!

Healthy Recipe of the Week: Super Simple Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
1 pound, fresh, organic carrots
1 1/2 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon fresh or dried parsley
Directions:
1. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into 2-3" sections.
2. Steam the carrots until they are just tender.
3. Combine butter and sugar in a large skillet and heat over low flame (or low setting on electric ranges).
4. Add the carrots and stir until they are well-coated. Cook until glazed, turning frequently.
5. Add the parsley and toss until the carrots are lightly coated.
Serve hot.
