ꕥ simple love spell ꕥ

the only items this will require are:

a deck of tarot cards

two strands of hair (one from yourself, the other from your subject

⋆ first, collect a strand of hair, one from yourself and the other from the person of your focus. this can be collected via plucking, hairbrushes, etc.

⋆ tie three knots into the strands of hair while repeating your intentions aloud, i.e; “____, will wish for me. ____, will feel passion for me.”

⋆ after carefully setting the knotted strands aside, look to your deck of tarot cards to find the major arcana that represents each of your signs.

⋆ remove both cards. carefully tie around, pin, or clip the knotted strands of hair to the cards. make sure they are fastened tightly.

⋆ (optional) bless your token if you wish. ask for your guides to bless your ritual, and repeat your intentions. use a sage or incense of your choosing to cleanse the items, while spelling both of your names in cursive.

now, you may place the cards under your pillow or inside of your daily handbag. you may also take the cards with you if you happen to see them again. keep your intentions clear and positive. once you feel as though the spell has worked, undo the cards, and burn the knotted hair.

It can be pretty easy to get confused about moon phases, so I'm going to give y'all a little cheat sheet here. It's what I've got in my Grimoire and hasn't failed me since I've started using it. Super beginner-friendly, easy to copy, and you can adjust it to your preference as needed.

The new moon: Setting new or refreshing old intentions, new beginnings, fresh starts, and trying new things.

The waxing moon: Future planning, confidence in yourself, and being sure in your actions and life steps.

The first quarter: Self-appreciation, pausing to enjoy the moments, reflection on yourself, shadow work.

The waxing gibbous moon: Being mindful of yourself and those around you, honing your skills and talents, taking actions.

The full moon: Manifestation, shadow/inner work, divination, charging magic tools/crystals/moon water.

The waning gibbous moon: Evaluating next steps, reviewing choices and options, and assessing your options/skills.

The third quarter: Releasing worries and troubles, letting hard things go, cleansing mind, body, and soul.

The waning moon: Self-love and self-care, caring for yourself and/or others, forgiving yourself, and surrendering to your next steps.

Although it may not be perfect, this is the chart that I plan m practice around and it's yet to fail me!

🖤 Ground yourself

🖤Carve persons full name in red candle with date of birth using needle (see and feel what you want )

🖤Dress your candle with honey, cinnamon,and ginger

🖤On the paper write your targets name and what you want for example I am always on (full name) mind. Or( full name) will obsess over me

🖤Make a circle on the paper around your sentence in honey add cinnamon after

🖤fold your paper 4 times (always fold towards you because your drawing them in)see and feel what you want!!!!

🖤Take your string and twist it around the paper

🖤 Use your blood to seal the spell!!! Don't need much put it on the string

🖤place it in a jar with honey, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Now close the jar

🖤Take the red candle put it on top of the jar and place all your tea lights around

🖤light them with intent and allow them to burn down. Say exactly what you have on the paper as it burns down

Lord, I need a job: Jar spell

I made this spell jar for my boyfriend, right now he is having a hard time finding a job and I wanted to help him is some way.

Moon cycle: New/Full

Day: Thursday

List of items:

Orange: Luck

Cinnamon: Success

Ginger: Power

Pecan: Employment

Bay Leaf: Wish

Green Wax/Ribbon

White Wax/Ribbon

St. Cajetan medal

Jar

Cleans and charge all of your items before the spell and write down what time the new or full moon comes out. Draw the Chi Rho light the candles and chant:

Oh Lord my God, I offer you these items in your name. May they help you in your work to make this spell come to pass.

In your name I pray, Amen.

Say each ingredient out loud and what it’s for in the spell, once you place everything in the jar seal it with the white and green wax the lip of jar. When the wax has harden tie the ribbons around the jar with with medal of St. Cajetan. Then offer the complete spell jar again to God and chant:

Oh God and St. Cajetan, You know my desire for a job, for work I enjoy doing, for the next step in my career to present itself. I pray that you would guide me as I continue on this job hunting journey. May I focus first on your will for my life, putting your desires and your plan above my own wishes and wants. Please open doors to new opportunities that you desire for me, equip me with the skills, knowledge, and wisdom to take steps forward in this process. As I craft my resume, write cover letters, submit my applications, connect with potential employers, and go on interviews. Pumpkin Cheesecake with Maple Bourbon Meringue

Prep - 75 min

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Layer

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)

4 tbsp powdered sugar (sifted)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pumpkin Layer

1 can pumpkin pure

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp all spice

1 pinch of salt

Crust

1 9″ graham cracker pie crust (store bought)

Maple Bourbon Meringue

1 cup egg whites

1 cup light brown sugar

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tbsp bourbon

½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven at 350F.

To make the Cream Cheese Layer

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread into graham cracker pie crust.

To make the Pumpkin Layer

In a separate bowl, whisk all the ingredients until smooth and pour over the cream cheese layer. Smooth the top with an angled spatula. Place in the center of the oven rack.

Bake until firm around 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack before topping with meringue.

To make the Meringue

In a small saucepan, bring an inch of water to a simmer.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup and vanilla,  and set over the saucepan. Make sure it doesn’t touch the simmering water. Whisk until the sugar dissolves completely and the whites are warm. Feel the mixture between two fingers: It should have a smooth consistency, without any granules.

Place the bowl on the mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes. Add the tablespoon of bourbon and reduce speed to low, beat until combined.

Once the cheesecake cools, pat the top carefully with a paper towel to remove moisture. Spread the meringue on top. Use a small offset spatula to achieve swoops and swirls. You can brown the meringue in the oven, but for more control or prettier results use a kitchen torch.

If using a torch, hold the flame at a 90-degree angle three inches from the meringue. Move around the pie until the meringue starts to brown.

Serve immediately or keep in the fridge. Serves 8-12 people. Enjoy!
