Sometimes, I have thoughts about just not being queer because of the negative connotation with it now. The thing that keeps me from even wanting to go to Twitter is because I know that I'm gonna get slaughtered with a shit ton of anti-trans rhetoric that's false as hell. Hot take, but even if one trans man in the history of humanity killed himself for being trans, that’s still one too many. That man was still worth fighting for. You don’t get to tell me that the suicide statistics for trans men are irrelevant in the fight for trans liberation just because you’ve allowed history to erase us. We could have had more people marching alongside us, but they’re dead now. They’re dead and they’re forgotten and the names on their gravestones were recorded down wrong.

You should care about that. I don’t know how else to explain to you that you should care about that.
