Did you try and reach me? Did you try to tell me? I will live with the memories and the unanswered questions I hold in my heart. Not a day will go by that I won’t wonder why. As time goes by all I want is to be with you again. All I have left are our pictures. When I met you for the first time I thought you were so beautiful and kind and I’m so sorry I didn’t see the anger you held inside. I am so sorry I was so blind to the signs you were showing. No matter how wrong you were, I will love the man I loved, the man who showed me what it’s like to be loved unconditionally.
