GUYS!!! I noticed something while watching episode 8! OK! so when Bob hacks into the computer at the lab the screen says

ok….who cares?? right??? I thought nothing of it at first! BUT then I looked more carefully…

2+5+3+1=11

The date was November 11th, 1984…which means is was the 11th day of the 11th month!!!! And this is the exact SAME night that Eleven returns! when Mike and El reunite, it is also revealed that Mike called her every night for 353 days… 3+5+3=11!!!
