my watchlist sleepover recs:  gladiator ii (when it comes to streaming)  for the more gruesome girls.  bodies bodies bodies the ultimate sleepover movie. perhaps the movie ever.  breaking legs (2017)  arguably one of the most ridiculous low budget movies of all time. gave us a good laugh. for the girls that like to watch movies exclusively on tubi.  barbie the 12 dancing princesses  there are at least two dances in here to learn.   monte carlo  they don’t make them like this anymore  all alone glass of josh recs:  the unbearable weight of massive talent turned this on while working on a paper because i wanted background noise. ended up being one of the most enjoyable movies ever, and i got no work done.   scott pilgrim vs. the world at least you’re not as big a loser as scott the glass castle  let’s unpack your childhood… the dark knight franchise  the whole thing or else it doesn’t count  normal people why not make the night worse?  short term 12 one of my all time favs. fabulous score as well.  the truman show  you won’t feel so alone afterwards. you might even feel like the whole world is watching your every move!  all of the star wars movies  yeah  twilight  if i’m rewatching this, don’t text. i don’t have reception in rock bottom. 

some of my favorite tv shows ever:  smallville  GET ON THIS. can’t believe this isn’t more widely culturally appraised. 10 seasons, 22 episodes each, 40 minutes long, tom welling.  narcos  wasn’t sure i’d like it but yeah. i sure did. pedro pascal pls come home, the kids miss you.    the umbrella academy can’t vouch for season four because i haven’t gotten around to it yet, but the first three seasons were a treat.  yellowjackets  i used to say that the lord of the flies would never happen if they were girls. boy did this prove me wrong!
