I'm a dancer, and I've been dancing for about half a year I really wanna get better at doing things on the pole like I can climb and invert but I wanna get more acrobatic lol also any advice on bouncing each cheek ?
Look up videos. Aerial arts academy. Couples division is my fave. There are sites that will show you all kinds of positions and their names. Also bouncing each booty cheek is simply muscle isolation and memory.
