A Massive Propaganda – Conspiracy against Asaram Bapu Ji, His family and Hinduism
Let me start by giving you a brief background of the cases filed against Bapuji in the year 2013.
There was a complaint from a so-called minor girl from Sahjahanpur (U.P.) that she was sexually assaulted by Bapuji at Jodhpur. After some days a married woman complained that she has been raped nearly 10 years ago, during her stay in Ahmedabad Ashram. Her sister also complained that she was raped about 10 years ago by Shri Narayan Saiji in Surat Ashram. Same Surat sisters then complained against Laxmi Mataji and Bharti Deviji that they were instrumental in wrong doing with them. All these cases are going on in courts.
Bapuji is the most revered saint of Sanatan Dharma. He was appointed as the President of ‘Dharma Raksha Manch’ in Mumbai congregation of Saints. He is the only religious leader in Bharat who has more than 5-6 crores followers spread throughout the world. Hindu Saints are pillars and protectors of Hinduism. Any attack on them is ultimately attack on Hinduism or Hindu religion. This is the reason why Bapuji has been on the target of these anti-Hindu forces for the last so many years.
The following are some of the reasons why the cases against Bapuji, His family and Hinduism appear to be a conspiracy:
The “paid” media had already concluded without any proof that rape had taken place on the very first day the incident of Shahjahanpur girl was reported by them and were crying at the top of their voice about it.
DCP Ajay Pal Lamba revealed the truth that –‘There hasn’t been any allegation made by the girl in FIR for 376 (Rape) and the Medical report that we have received from New Delhi doesn’t affirm rape at all.’ Also the lady doctor Shailja Verma, who examined that so-called victim girl affirmed that had there were no marks on her body of any sexual assault as complained by her and her hymen was intact.
A girl who was identified as the classmate and a friend of the complainant came forward and revealed that over a brief phone call, the complainant confessed to her that she is unwilling to frame Bapuji in a fake case but her parents are forcing her to do so.
Father of so-called victim girl along with police personnel of Rajasthan pressurized the father of another girl from Meerut to frame Bapuji in another fake case. To overcome this pressure, the family of Meerut girl moved to some other place.
The media had already concluded that the family of the girl from Meerut has been kidnapped by either Bapuji or His followers. Then, the father of Meerut girl came before media and had told them that what media is presenting is a totally baseless, story and truth is that Bapuji is innocent. But shameless media did not publish or broadcast this truth.
When the Jodhpur case of Shahjahanpur girl was not of rape then why potency test was done by Rajasthan Police on Bapuji? Seems, this was done with the malicious intentions and ulterior motives at the behest of conspirators to malign the image of Bapuji in the eyes of public and to give an impression as if this is a rape case.
The so-called victim girl is found to be having different age in different documents like Nursery, KG and 10th class certificate, LIC documents etc. Police found these documents in February 2014, which clearly indicate that the complainant girl is not a minor. Why Bapuji has been booked under POCSO(Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) without verifying the correct age of that girl. If it is proved that the girl is an adult on the date of incident then POCSO law will not be applicable in this case.
The care-taker of Manai Kutiya where Bapuji had stayed in Jodhpur had said in an interview that the parents of the girl were urging to meet Bapuji in private. During the time the so-called victim girl met Bapuji in His Kutiya, the mother of the girl was sitting just outside the room of Bapuji, the father of the girl was also staying in the same farm house. Can anyone believe that in such a situation, a girl is sexually assaulted and no one heard her voice? She says Bapuji covered her mouth with his hands. Is it possible to cover someone’s mouth for one and half hours and no mark on her face? These are some of the reasons it all appears that story of the girl is not reliable. Legal expert Mr. Ram Jethmalani gave his opinion that the story of the girl is not believable and Dr. Subramanian Swamy said that according to his legal team this is a bogus case.
The complainant girl has alleged that she has been sent to Bapuji by Ms. Shilpi, warden of Gurukul where she was studying. But warden Shilpi clearly stated that all these allegations are baseless and Bapuji is being framed in a fake case. So-called victim girl also alleged that Shiva was also involved in this and was instrumental in sending her to Bapuji. Shiva’s railway ticket and his mobile record clearly indicate that at the time of incident he was not present in Jodhpur. Even then he was tortured by police and his choti (Shikha) was uprooted. He was forced to sign blank papers and to admit that he has an obscene CD of Bapuji, which he completely denied. But paid media telecasted a story that a CD of Bapuji was found from him. This was later completely denied by DCP Ajay Pal Lamba at a press conference.
The girl and her parents met some politicians at that time on the night of 20th August, 2013 before filing the FIR at 2.30 a.m. at night at Kamla Market Police Station in Delhi, five days after the date of incident. This disclosure was made by Shri Ram Jethmalani during an interview. He even added that these politicians are anti-Bapuji. This is the reason why this may be a political conspiracy also.
A saint like Bapuji who had taught 60 million followers the essence of self-discipline and celibacy (Brahmacharya) is being dragged in this case of sexual assault of a minor and rape of women. It is a conspiracy that the Saint who himself teaches celibacy through His discourses/His book “Yuvadhan Suraksha” and inspires youth to follow the path of celibacy is being tried for fake sexual-assault case.
Millions of followers have adopted celibacy as a way of life after coming in contact with Bapuji. The American Government is spending more than millions of dollars every year to teach American students the benefits of celibacy but has almost failed. We are very fortunate that Bapuji has inspired Indian youth to follow the path of Sadhna andBrahmacharya voluntarily.
And have a look at the character of the people who have hurled accusations at Bapuji and His family . Rahul Sachan, Amrit Prajapati, Mahender Chawla told sheer lies. Amrit Prajapati used his wife to frame Asaram Bapu Ji in a fake rape case. They have uttered nonsense before the electronic media. All the accusations have been proved wrong, baseless and fabricated but not even a single case has been registered against any of them.
Those two Surat Sisters tried to trap Bapuji’s wife Laxmi Deviji and Bapuji’s daughter Bharti Deviji in similar fake accusations. Now just think – Can any wife or daughter ever do such an act?
Both the sisters are married women; there is no medical evidence in their support. Cases have been filed after 10-12 years after the incident. As per many legal experts, both the cases are false. Legal experts also feel such cases are not taken by the courts at the very first instance as nothing is on record to prosecute the accused person. But these cases were taken up! Question arises why this was done and at whose instance this was done? Moreover, Neelam Dubey (Ashram Spokesperson) said that if the casualty happened in 2004 then why were the girls silent till now? If they are speaking then why now only?
News anchors have always been over toned when it comes to speaking against Bapuji. Bias in reporting is much noticeable. The paid media is misusing its position as it has the capacity to reach homes to billions of people. Media hurls unsubstantiated allegations or accusations without any proof on any individual/organization and will demand money or advertisement (indirect money) to stop that propaganda. Please ask how the anchors of electronic media have become multi-millionaire in last 10-15 years, when they are only drawing salaries? The Central Government should order a CBI and I.T. probe in this regard to bring out the truth before the public.
The dubious character of the paid media is out in open in Bapuji’s case when Bholanand made confessions of his wrong doing before a gathering of thousands of followers and later on in a media press conference. But his confession was not reported. On the contrary, when he was saying things against Bapuji for the sake of money he was portrayed as a hero. If whatever he said about paid media is true then the way the paid media is being operated in our country is the biggest threat to the truth and fabric of our society.
Paid media seems to be having trunk loads of money to buy people and ask them to say whatever they are made to say. They can report anything without verifying the veracity of that claim. It seems that the only condition required is that the news item is being paid by someone or it can earn money indirectly through TRP.
In India if any person talks about corruption in public life, black money stashed abroad, conversion of Hindus to Christianity, price rise, pollution, bad conditions of roads, rivers and places of worship, ill effects of liquor/Cigarette/Meat/Cold drinks/Tea/Coffee, unemployment, fleecing of contract labour, daily wagers etc., from a public platform then he is targeted by politicians, multinational companies (MNC) and by religious convertor lobby. As Bapuji did all of the above and in addition, He also helped Hindus who were converted to Christianity, in reconverting back to Hinduism. That’s why probably MNCs, Christian Missionaries and some politicians are after him, as they feel exposed and humiliated in public eyes.
Has any media house shown the great work done by Sant Shri Asaram Bapu Ji for the welfare of humanity. He worked for humanity without considering caste, colour, creed or religion. Bapuji has built houses for the poorest section of people after the earthquake hit Bhuj (Gujarat) and provided relief material. Such help has been provided by His Ashrams at the time of any natural disaster that has struck the country. Relief work was carried out recently too, in Jammu and Kashmir. Ashram volunteers reached those places in Uttarakhand disaster, where the state government officials were unwilling to go. Even Army personnel have praised that work of Ashram volunteers. Under ‘Bhajan Karo, Bhojan Paao Yojna’ poor people are given food in day time and money in evening, just for doingJap-Sadhna. Free medical support and medicines are provided to poor patients by Asaram Bapu Ji’s Ashrams. 17000 Bal Sanskar Kendras, 50 Gurukuls are in operation for the development of students. To control pollution, thousands of trees are planted in Ashrams and other places. To save cows from slaughter houses, Sant Shri Asaram Bapu Ji’s Gaushalas have been set up where thousands of those cows are taken care of. Thousands of Satsang discourses have been given by Bapuji in India and abroad. The eternal benefits of Satsang cannot be defined in words. It is a spiritual experience which can only be experienced but cannot be described. After Swami Vivekananda, Bapuji is the only religious leader of India, who represented India in the ‘World Religious Parliament’ in 1993.
Has media ever tried to tell the society that thousands of peaceful-protests have taken place in different parts of India and abroad in support of Asaram Bapu Ji. At some places like Delhi, there have been continuous peaceful protests for 100/200/300 days but there is no news of the same in print or electronic media.
It seems as if the authorities responsible for controlling electronic media have failed miserably. Government must take appropriate steps for stopping the baseless defamation campaigns which media runs against anyone without any proof, just for the sake of TRP.
It is a tragedy and most unfortunate that the persons who were responsible for the world’s biggest corruption cases amounting to lakhs of crores like 2G and Coalgate are out on bail. Other swindlers of Adarsh scam, Common Wealth games and fodder scam are all out on bail, but bail is not being given to a 75 years old saint who is suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia and is in judicial custody for last one year without any proof against Him.
As per Constitution of India, an accused is innocent until proved guilty, but this presumption was destroyed in Bapuji’s case through media trial. Government should restrain media from fabricating malicious stories. I fail to understand, why so much delay in giving bail to Bapuji? Bapuji is not fleeing the country and is in no way tempering with evidences or influencing witnesses and there is no evidence on record to suggest that, then the court may grant him bail or conditional bail depending upon the circumstances of the case. Is the Constitution of India one for all or it has different interpretations depending on the power and position of accused and his or her affinity to those in power?
A major reason for this controversy is that the conspirators are afraid of Bapuji and His 60 million followers due to their political, social, and economic impact on society. They wanted His followers to desert Him but the followers have stood with Him and His family like a rock. Each and every follower has his or her own spiritual experience which cannot be taken away from him or her by anyone. They have ignored all the malicious media propaganda and they have full faith on Bapuji’s innocence.
Keeping in view all the above facts and circumstances, it’s evident that these cases are nothing but conspiracies hatched by big pocket conspirators to malign the image of Bapuji, his family and Hinduism at large.
To reiterate – paid media is hand in glove with these conspirators. Media has sacrificed the truth in many cases including that of Bapuji’s case. The general public has also understood this and are coming out in open to lend their support to Him and are not going believe malicious propaganda of paid media any more.
I appeal to all citizens of Bharat to see the truth and save Hindu Dharma and pillars of HinduDharma – its Saints, from the clutches of conspirators who are trying to outrage the modesty of our Dharma and our Dharma Gurus. Whatever has been preached by Bapuji during His discourse and each and every activity of Bapuji is only and only for the welfare for humanity.
I request each and every person to analyze the facts rather than believing what paid-media presents. After that I leave it to your intellect to decide, whether such a Saint can harm anyone. How long will we let conspirators defame our innocent Hindu Saints? We all must get united as soon as possible for protecting our Sanatan Dharma, for protecting our Hinduism, for protecting our Bharat-Mata!
