So...
I had a weird dream last night that John Green started following this blog.
Which admittedly, having John Green follow a blog titled “Saved By John Green” would make things pretty awkward.
Umm…. yeah.
Update: John still does not follow our blog. Keeping the awkwardness away since 2014!
Hello
Saved By John Green fans... So for a while this blog was started and operated as a solo side project of a 29 year old nerdfighter. Being 29 also means life happens (work, social obligations and also currently planning a wedding). I also run a suicide prevention blog for teens and young adults as my primary blog, so this blog was unfortunately pushed to the back burner. I just wanted to take a minute to explain and to also say that I am going to try and put more effort into this blog. There are 6,500+ of you still loyally following and asking for more content and I am trying to keep up. Just wanted to say I'm sorry things have slacked off over the last year, but I am grateful you are all still here supporting yet another Nerdfighter's John Green fan blog. <3 Best wishes, - L
You can love someone so much… But you can never love someone as much as you miss them

The phrase booze and mischief left me worrying I’d stumbled into what my mother referred to as “the wrong crowd,” but for the wrong crowd, they both seemed awfully smart.

My boyfriend MADE this for me! My favorite phrase (DFTBA) using my favorite book, Looking For Alaska! #lookingforalaska #johngreen #dftba
My original post of this has been making the rounds it looks like and has been getting several notes about people being mad that my BF "ruined" a book... Just wanted to mention that my BF purchased the book from a used book store, and told me he did it so he could make sure the book got to have "full life of being read and enjoyed." He did not use any of my own copies of LFA (I have 3).
When things break, it’s not the actual breaking that prevents them from getting back together again. It’s because a little piece gets lost - the two remaining ends couldn’t fit together even if they wanted to. The whole shape has changed.
