I nearly lost her.

We started off as friends. Unexpected but familiar, a level of familiar you only feel with family. As we grew up the world distracted her more and more; social media, friends, love interest. She was repeating her karmic cycle. Heart first she dropped all she had to follow his dream, support his dream. Be his dream. She always felt like she had to prove her worth becauss of the mistakes she made early on in the relationship. That was the block stopping her from being his dream. He used this block to hide a secret, a true confession. The only thing he promised not to do, he did. She soon learned her fear was confirmed and she was alone. Alone to deal with the feelings, questions and wounds. No friends to call, no where to detach. She was left feeling numb to the world. Realizing the friend she shared from all those years ago, she began to get back on her feet. She started taking herself out. Showing herself a good time….. this is dedicated to her, you have come such a long way. I love the woman you have become and are growing into. Each day you are getting better, stay focused, stay humble, drink water. Talk, don’t be in your head, get to the money and watch how people move, only I can be the rainbow in my cloud.🌈
