So I’ve been a self taught poler for four month now, aside from the odd breaks I’ve been doing it every day since then and even tho it’s not much I can see the difference it’s made on my bod, although only small my noodle arms aren’t being so noodely anymore. Never thought I’d see the day I’d be flexing in a photo but 🤗
