the survivorship bias for trans men is so horrific to me when i actually sit down to think about it. its actually Not Surprising that the majority of the voice for trans mascs come from white educated people with supportive families and/or communities. because the trans mascs who dont have that tend to detransition to finally access resources or just fucking kill themselves. the poverty rates for trans men and the homelessness and the medical abuse and the vilification of masculinity in queer communities and the violent transphobia from transphobes and the Everything all compound together to make sure the only men that survive to talk about their experiences are the men who had it easy. and then queer people have the GALL to say “trans men have it easy because theyre men” like there isnt a pile of underprivileged dead bodies laying behind the most privileged trans men in the community who get to speak for all of us and loudly agree “of course trans men have it easy, havent you seen how easy I had it?”

Kispen is located in Eastern Europe. they’re fairly new, emerging as a settler colony of Russia formed by German immigrants. they declared their independence after a few battles with Russia in 1906, distraught that Russia was forcing them territories to industrialize along with it, while Kispen wished to remain primarily agricultural in its economy. Kispen has been slowly industrializing but many of its population choose to live nomadic farmers’ lifestyles. Kispen’s flag has 3 horizontal stripes of colors of three yellow, red and blue, with a black sun in the middle, earning them the title of the “Black Sun” by the Russians after their strong fight in the war. (The colors represent a mix of the Russian and German flags). They don’t have a very good relationship with Russia after declaring their independence, but they have allied with Mongolia, Germany, Ukraine, and Romania, as well as maintaining strong trading relations with a majority of the countries in the Balkans.

Previously they were allied with Britain during WW2, as Germany was attempting to invade them, which forced them to run to the British Empire for help. However, Britain attempted to colonize them shortly after the war, and when that didn’t work fully they continued to exploit Kispen for resources and labor through their alliance agreement. Now, in 2026, Kispen began to face threats from Russia, and when they went to Britain for support, the UK attempted to exploit them further by demanding more free resources through trade, and for Kispen to reaffirm their alliance with Britain publicly, including a public announcement from their leader pretty much groveling beneath Britain and claiming that Kispen is dependent upon the UK’s support. Kispen refused this and broke off their alliance with Britain, instead allying with modern-day Germany for protection against Russia.

What does Rire do with the souls he keeps? Can he bring them out to fuck em and play with them again or does he keep them to look pretty on his shelf or does he show them off to his demon subordinates?

What happens to a soul largely depends on what type of soul-stealer demon it is.

In Rire’s case, he mainly keeps the souls he takes as a proud collectors item (this is especially true for any priest souls, as he partakes in The Game “competition” with some of the other Royals. Priest souls are the most important as they are rare to get).

The other thing he does sometimes is…drink them :] Sollicio demons have the capability for soul-eating. Souls are like an extremely potent Red Bull sort of equivalent though so he only does this when he needs the energy boost or really wants to treat himself.

I’m so sorry I didn’t answer this any sooner, I haven’t been using Tumblr much!

I don’t have a full background for my characters yet since I also haven’t been engaging much with the Star Wars fandom recently, but basically Mao Ro is studying to be a medic on Kamino, yet she is also force-sensitive and comes to Coruscant part-time to study as a Jedi padawan with her friend Orin, a Nautolan padawan, and Milai, a Mikkian padawan (both of which I haven’t drawn yet). Emru So is another Kaminoan studying to become a scientist on Kamino. He knew Mao from childhood and fell in love with her, but Mao is determined to follow the Jedi way and refuse any romantic connections (spoilers, she’s also a lesbian).

Saliine, on the other hand, is a bounty hunter who was orphaned at a young age after her parents were killed on Glee Anselm (their home planet), and she was left with her Aunt and cousins to take care of her. As a teenager, she left the planet to live nomadically to get away from her abusive extended family and began tracking down bounties to collect enough money for food, eventually becoming a well-known bounty hunter and traveling throughout the outer-rim.

I’ve been getting a little more into Star Wars recently, so I’ll likely be adding more characters and lore, as well as revising some of these backstories!

Edit: forgot to mention Lynx😭 he actually doesn’t have much of a story, I just made him because I wanted to see utilize more fish colors in Nautolan designs, but I definitely will work on his lore.
