“I have been playing the piano for my entire life – since I was three or four. And the guitar I used to play classical guitar from when I was about five to 12 years of age. Sandy sat down with a toothy grin. “Hi everyone! Ok, so turns out I was a well wrong about my pair. “Ophelia, Sadie, Marshall, and Alexander are some of the people I’m getting close to. I dare say that we could even be friends. Though, I know that my smell might be a bit annoying to some,” he says with a smile. 

“On that note, I think Alex would be good in a Horror movie. We would be like Sherlock and Watson or the Doctor and his companion; I’d be the one trying to get him to be good, so to speak...but he’ll do what is needed to save the world or something,” he continued. 

“I’m not one to crush easily, so...this is a little difficult,” he says with a light blush. “Uh, but....Sadie is pretty nice.”

“This isn’t dark times, it’s highly lit on the stage.” She comments shaking her head, her voice offended. “I literally burned for love- 300 years of madness says it’s not worth the pain..”

He laughed when she said they weren’t in dark times, but on a lit stage. “You see, that right there is optimism. I was being a stick in the mud and talking about darkness, and you talked about the light.” He smiled at her. Sandy didn’t register that maybe playing out love on a lit stage was a bad thing. “I’m sorry you had to burn for love, I hope that you find someone who can help mend your burns. Even if it is just in the form of a friend.” he continued.

“It seems… unrealistic.” He comments while turning his nose up slightly. “But I’m still lost after 50 years so I’m not one to judge.”

"Fashion is something that is alien to me,” he admits with a laugh. “Do you have any idea where they would hide it? I think I’d hide it in a plant or flower bed, but I tend to be drawn to plants and flowers,” he smiled.

He gives an embarrassed laugh, “Uh...yeah that would be very helpful!”

“Are these hunts commonplace among humans?” He asks while looking over his list. “We have to find all blue shoes.. Do humans wear all blue anything?”

“I don’t see why they wouldn’t. Humans nowadays seem to like to dress all in one color or in a monochromatic fashion. I’m not really a fashion expert, I just have to blend in with them more often than not,” Sandy said with a sunny smile.

“Oh always- but finding willing people to ‘practice’ sex seems foolish nonetheless.” Marshall laughs again. “Monopoly? I haven’t played in years- I do mean years. It’s awful with just two, we’d have to make a group, and I’m not a fan of group activities… But maybe.” The vampire chuckled again. “I am- but no, I think they’d have me shipped off the show if I did that.. Though- not to be weird, but you do smell amazing.”

Sandy’s face turned a slight pink. “I, uh, meant practicing board games. I’ll be honest, I don’t really actively try and have sexy time.” he explained. Sandy wasn’t conservative, he just preferred emotional love over physical. “Maybe once we are a bit more comfortable we can have a game night or something.” He laughed and playfully sniffed the vampire.”You don’t smell too bad yourself.”

“Oh I don’t know. You’re probably more honest when you are drunk. Maybe I wouldn’t ask any advice involving heavy machinery, but your opinion, for sure!”

Ophelia let out a laugh at his thought, she did find it creepy, but she knew he meant well. “I can’t normally stand a cheesy love story, but finding and looking at real love is different. It’s gritty. I think finding love here is a struggle worse than trying to breathe underwater.”

He thought about it a moment. “I agree...there are a lot of opposites here. But I think the truest love is able to survive a few dark times.” He pursed his lips slightly as a realization wondered into his mind. “Or not, sometimes love isn’t always a good thing.” For a moment the spark left his smile. “I think that experiencing love is wonderful even if there is a bit of pain after. Sadly that is how life is.”
