It's funny, I'm more embarrassed these days to post one of my poems than one of my full frontal photographs! But, I've been writing since I was an Oxford Graduate in the late 1970s and this year I want to combine my erotic modelling with a poem (every now and then).

Today's is another sonnet exploring how I feel about being an unlikely muse — inspiration for your arousal after spending most of my adult life hiding up my curves, being shy and demure. And yet here I am, a 64 year old semi-retired woman with an OnlyFans page. If you'd have told me that 20 years ago, I would NEVER have believed you.

THE UNLIKELY MUSE How odd, at sixty-four, I now ignite The world’s desire, my image widely known— A burlesque queen, mature and full of spite For prudish pasts I’ve wholly overthrown. My earnest colleagues gasp, amazed to find The shy young scholar now a naked muse, While strangers—countless, raucous, often kind— Seek joy in curves I’m paid each day to use. So let them watch, and let old friends recall: I’m both the thoughtful mind and viral thrall. Oxford’s old halls once held my quiet tread, Their gentleness a shield to my reserve— Books and wool jumpers hid what now is spread For wider eyes, and whims I never serve. Yet in this irony, my truth remains: I own both modest soul and bold domains.
